Your Unrivalled Alpha Graphene 10H warranty is active from the date of application — provided all terms are met and the vehicle is registered within Australia.
New vehicles treated with Unrivalled Alpha Graphene 10H receive a minimum 10 Year Warranty from the date of application. Extendable to lifetime coverage with annual inspections by an accredited applicator.
Factory painted surfaces are covered against colour fading and loss of gloss caused by UV damage. In the event of a valid claim, Unrivalled will repair, clean and retreat the affected area at no cost to the vehicle owner.
To maintain lifetime warranty validity, the vehicle must be presented to an accredited Unrivalled applicator within 30 days before or after each annual anniversary of the application date for inspection and top-up treatment.
In the event of a valid warranty claim, Unrivalled Coatings will either repair and retreat the failed area at no cost, or pay the customer a maximum of $1,000 in full and final settlement of the claim.
Please read all terms carefully. By registering your warranty you agree to the following conditions.
Vehicle must be continuously registered within Australia.
Any treatment or re-treatment of Unrivalled Alpha Graphene 10H Coating must be applied or re-applied by a trained Unrivalled Coatings applicator. If any treatment, cleaning, repair or other work is carried out on the vehicle without Unrivalled Coatings or a Licensed Unrivalled Coatings Approved applicator prior written authorisation, the warranty will be invalid.
Unrivalled Coatings approved applicator must be notified of failure of product performance within 30 days of occurrence. Failure to notify your approved applicator within 30 days will relieve Unrivalled Group and the approved applicator of all responsibilities under this warranty.
The customer shall have the vehicle inspected, cleaned (clay barred if required) and topped with an Unrivalled approved paintwork coat every 12 months from the anniversary of the application date, plus or minus 30 days, for lifetime warranty.
The customer shall have the vehicle inspected at an authorised Unrivalled Alpha Graphene 10H Coating applicator. The applicator may at their discretion charge for their service.
The customer shall undertake further application of Unrivalled Coatings approved products to the vehicle as recommended by the approved applicator during inspection.
Vehicle must be inspected and re-treated when due as per the terms of the warranty.
Warranty is Non-Transferable.
This Warranty is governed by the laws of New South Wales. Unrivalled Coatings and the customer agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales in respect of any dispute arising under this warranty.
Customer neglect — failure to maintain due care of the treated surface results in warranty void.
Pre-existing damage or deterioration is excluded from this warranty.
Terms and Conditions are not adhered to.
Exposure to abnormal and harsh chemicals.
Failure to repair and retreat damaged sections.
Damages caused by modifications to the vehicle (e.g. mirror, roof racks, DVD install, etc.)
Areas not treated with Unrivalled Alpha Graphene 10H Coating. Any claim in respect of damage caused by unusual atmospheric conditions including but not limited to hail, salt spray or chemicals.
Any claims for matters covered by a warranty provided by the manufacturer of the vehicle.
Any claim in respect of manufacturers imperfections.
Unrivalled Alpha Graphene 10H Coating — New Vehicles: Ten (10) Year Warranty, or Lifetime subject to inspections.
Should the treated factory painted surfaces be damaged by colour fading or loss of gloss from the sun's harmful UV rays, Unrivalled Coatings or Approved applicator will repair or clean (at its option) any failed section and retreat the damaged area at no cost to the owner — providing that the owner maintains the vehicle in the manner described under Unrivalled Coatings correct washing maintenance and adheres to the terms and conditions within this warranty.
In the event of damage to the factory painted surface caused by collision, accident, vandalism or abuse, the vehicle must be taken to an authorised Unrivalled Coatings applicator for re-treatment at the owner's or insurer's expense. The owner must present proof of Warranty via valid invoice with vehicle Make, Model, VIN Number and Registration Number noted.
This warranty does not cover stone chipping, surface rust, marring, abnormal chemical fallout or spillage, untreated panel repair or replacement, bore water spotting, scratching, abrasions, manufacturers imperfections or paint imperfections such as paint flaking, peeling, foreign matter in paint, orange peel or clear coat separation. Alpha Graphene 10H Coating is resistant to but not warranted against bug splatter, tree sap, bird droppings or bat droppings.
To maintain warranty validity the vehicle must be presented to an authorised applicator within thirty (30) days before or after the first anniversary of treatment and thereafter on each subsequent anniversary.
This warranty is only valid from the invoice date and Vehicle Details (Make, Model, VIN Number and Registration Number) have been stated on the invoice within 30 days of the application date.
Unrivalled Coatings Applicator shall arrange for the successful claim area to be cleaned, repaired, rejuvenated or repainted and retreated with Unrivalled Alpha Graphene 10H Coating at no charge to the customer.
Or pay the customer the maximum amount of $1,000.00 in full and final settlement of the customer's claim under warranty.
Your warranty registration must be completed within 30 days of the application date. Late registrations may not be accepted.
Miss your annual inspection window and your lifetime warranty may lapse. Book your inspection within 30 days either side of your anniversary date each year.
Any retreat, top-up, or repair work must only be performed by an accredited Unrivalled Coatings installer. Unauthorised work voids the warranty immediately.
